90 minutes on exercise bike
The leg that I hurt the other day starting hurting this morning so I just used the exercise bike for this one.
I'm honestly surprised just how well I've been doing with these exercises. Sure sometimes I'm not able to do the full thing but I keep improving. I've been consistantly losing weight with each workout. Cardio used to be my worst enemy when it came to exercise but now I kinda prefer it. Reminds me a bit of a quote from Bojack Horseman.
I might not be doing it every day but clearly every other works well enough. As is, I am losing unsustainable amount of weight. Maybe that will mellow out overtime. Whats really important is just sticking to it.
75 minutes on exercise bike

5 lunges with both legs

Holy shit. Today's workout was great! My legs feel like jello but mentally I feel on top of the world. When I finished on the bike I felt like I could have easily gone another 30 minutes. Hit a PR for squats but I had to stop at 5 lunges in because my leg was acting up again. Luckily it's not a nasty cramp like last time! I like being able to see and feel the improvement over time.
Once I can get to 100 squats in one go, I'm going to add the 30lbs dumbells into the mix.
45 minutes on exercise bike

Leg was well enough to do the workout! After doing my workout my younger brother told me he does 100 squats during his workouts. I guess that is a goal to work towards.
40 minutes on exercise bike

My leg started to cramp in the middle of the squats so I had to cut this one short.
I really hope that leg feels better before the next workout otherwise I don't get to do one of the few things that are helping with my stress.

Watching the government try to label you as a violent extremist terrorist for simply wanting to be happy within your own skin and being against fascism, it's a hell of a motivator to workout. Can't resist fascism while being a weak lil bitch.
(I mean the last bit towards myself, if you are weak it doesn't mean you are a lil bitch I am just self deprecating in a joking way. I'm actually not little, I very much am above average height lol.)

I am trying to hold myself accountable for not routinely working out so I'm going to record what I do here. Still getting those awful cramps but at least tonight I was able to get it calmed down enough to workout. I need to start cutting back on the surgar filled stuff. Aside from that, I'm eating pretty healthy at the moment and am not breaking my dietary restrictions. My current goal is to lose enough weight to be in shape for when I get a job soon and for when I get married. If I can get rid of some of the fat on my arms and lower torso, I'll look really good in the dress that Tina and I decided on.
It was mostly a leg and cardio day today since I've already sporadically been doing dumbbell exercises with 30 pound weights since moving. Upon reflection, I could probably use the dumbbells for squats.
