45 minutes on exercise bike
40 squats
2x 30 second planks

I am really feeling out of it today. Despite that, I decided it would be the day to add core stength exercises. Might have collapsed and stayed on the floor for awhile, whoops.

75 minutes on exercise bike
50 squats
5 lunges

Feeling a bit out of it today, didn't do the full exercise today because I didn't feel like I could.
